Delivery Charges and Timing
Auckland Deliveries $10.00
North Island 1-2 working day delivery $15.00
South Island 1-2 working day delivery $20.00
South Island 2-4 working day delivery $15.00
Rural add $5.00 and another day on to the delivery time.
Saturday add $5.00 and have order in by 4.00pm Friday

Note: All orders are dispatched from Auckland by courier on an overnight service for delivery next business day . These orders need to be received by babybuds by 4.00pm order for next day delivery. Any orders received after this time will be dispatched the following day for delivery the day after that.
Same day Auckland hospital deliveries will be taken until 12.30pm.

ALL ORDERS RECEIVED FOR HOSPITALS AFTER 12.30pm WILL GO OUT THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY ON THE METRO SERVICE AT 9.15AM. NOTE: WE DO NOT SEND TO HOSPITALS ON WEEKENDS DUE TO INWARDS GOODS NOT FORWARDING THE GIFT TO PATIENTS PLEASE PROVIDE AN ALTERNATIVE HOME ADDRESS.
- Be certain that recipient will still be in hospital on the day that delivery is to be made.
- If there is a chance that the recipient will be discharged from hospital we recommend that you request delivery to her home. If the recipient is discharged on the scheduled day for delivery a re-direction fee to her home may be charged to you.
- Please do not address the order to the baby.
- Please ensure to provide us with the mother's full name (and maiden name, if known - quite often the recipient will use her maiden name in hospital).
- If Signature Required a re-delivery fee may apply if the recipient does not pick up from the courier. A calling card will be left by the courier if no one is available to sign for the Gift

Friday Orders
Please note:
Saturday delivery if orders placed before 4.00pm, not a Rural Delivery and Saturday is selected. Orders placed BEFORE 4.30pm will be delivered the next business day (ie, Monday) unless Saturday is requested
Orders placed AFTER 4.30PM on Friday will not be dispatched until the next business day (ie Monday* for arrival on Tuesday)

Important Note: we will make every effort to track your order to ensure delivery is made and we will seek to email you a confirmation of delivery as soon as we have been advised that delivery has been made. Although we use highly reputable carriers to deliver our products, from time to time delays are experienced for a multiplicity of reasons which are totally out of our control. We do not accept responsibility for these unforeseen circumstances and delivery charges are non-refundable.

Babybuds does not warrant that a particular product is available or suitable for your purposes.
When necessary, due to limited availability of products from suppliers, babybuds has the right to make substitutions of products with equal or greater value.
