Please note that for a full refund, the goods are required to be returned to us undamaged and in their original packaging, and dispatched back to us within 14 days of delivery.

We confirm all the details with you by email and then we send a request for payment through Paypal once all the details are finalized including the shipping cost.
We will contact you after receiving your NZ souvenirs order, to confirm your order and to check your delivery address.
We do not deliver to postal boxes or private bags.
Prices in this store are in NZ Dollars.
Orders are delivered via AirPost in most cases, with tracking facilities available. We will deliver by courier or Economy upon request. New Zealand souvenirs deliveries will be shipped by courier (1-2 Days) at only NZ$3.00 plus $4.00 per Kg of weight.
Overseas Delivery, shipping cost is calculated approximately when you select your regional shipping area,for heavy items we will confirm the shipping cost with you before shipping.
We will send your order by Air Mail (allow one week for delivery) unless you request economy (allow three weeks). Use the special instructions box on the secure order form to request economy. You may also use the special instructions box to request courier shipping (we will confirm international courier cost before shipping NZ souvenirs.)
Privacy Policy:
To keep you up to date with specials, new products etc, we will retain your Name, Address and other contact details on file and send you newsletters of special offers and interesting gift information. Delivery Instructions
No responsibility can be taken for incorrect recipient details and shall remain the senders responsibility. We will happily assist if notified early enough to check the details before sending the order.
Taxes and Duties
Sales for delivery to New Zealand addresses are subject to the payment of 15% GST. This is to be added to the cost of your purchase. For purchasers for delivery to countries other than New Zealand any import duties or taxes levied by the authorities of your country once the product reaches your country, are your responsibility.

SUPPLY OF GOODS
Many of the items offered for sale on this site are from natural sources and/or hand-crafted. Therefore, there may be delays in obtaining stocks. We will advise you of any such delays and your payment will not be cleared until such time as delivery can be assured.
Returns
Should you receive the item and consider that it is not up to the expectations conveyed by our website, or the quality normally associated with such an item, and you wish to return the item, then the following conditions shall apply:-
the return must be communicated with KiwiArtz within 7 (seven) days of receiving the item(s). Note that this offer does not continue after the 7 days have elapsed.
the items must be in the same condition as they were when you received them.
Return shipping by economy post shall be organised by you. The shipping costs (freight and insurance) will be included in the total amount refunded to you.
the total amount refunded to you will include the original purchase price and all shipping costs.
The refund will be forwarded to you when we receive the goods.
Refunds
Refunds will not be given if the goods have been damaged by you, this includes damage caused by inadequate packaging by you when returning goods.
